Wollersheim Distillery came to Hiebing with a blank slate and a rich history. In the late 1800s, on the very same property that Wollersheim currently calls home, great spirits were made. The design uses elements of the property, historical artifacts and local ingredients to emphasis the idea of a reawakening, combining the old with the new. Each bottle tells the story of the spirit. Much like the idea of terroir with wine, they’ve created a flavor profile that is uniquely Wollersheim.
